2.1 Information Collected During Login
When users sign in using Google Sign-In or email authentication, we collect:
User name
Email address
Google Profile Picture URL: We only retrieve the image URL provided by Google to display the user’s avatar on the public Leaderboard. We do not download or store the actual image file on our servers.
User UID (securely stored in Firebase for account identification)
No additional personal information is collected during login.
2.2 Permissions Used
Notification Permission:
Used to send game updates, promotional campaign alerts, important announcements,
and account-related messages.
2.3 Information Collected for Promotional Campaign Distribution (Optional)
Information is collected only when a user qualifies and voluntarily opts to receive digital promotional incentives or campaign tokens.

User Name
Delivery Mobile Number / Digital Account Identifier (used strictly for the fulfillment of digital incentives and campaign distribution purposes).
This information is processed securely and used solely for distribution purposes.
2.4 Advertising Data (Appodeal & Advertising ID)
MsdQuest displays ads using Appodeal and Google advertising services. These services collect and use the Google Advertising ID to provide personalized advertisements, prevent fraud, and analyze ad performance.

2.5 Analytics Data
MsdQuest uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve performance.
Firebase Analytics may collect non-personal usage data and device-related information.
2.6 Password Reset
Users enter their registered email address
A secure password reset link is sent
Passwords are securely handled by Firebase Authentication
MsdQuest does not store user passwords
2.7 Device Identifier (Anti-Fraud Measure)
Android ID: We collect the device’s unique Android ID. This persistent identifier is collected solely to detect fraud, prevent unauthorized referral activities, restrict multiple account abuse from a single device, and ensure a fair ecosystem for all users.

Displaying user names and profile pictures (via Google Image URLs) or custom studio-provided avatars on the public Leaderboard for gameplay rankings
Preventing fraud, eliminating unauthorized referrals, and securing the app system using Android ID verification

MsdQuest is a completely free-to-play skill-based game and does not provide guaranteed income or real cash earnings.
All incentives are promotional, loyalty-based, and subject to availability.

Data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers
Data may be processed outside the user’s country
All communications are encrypted in transit

5. Data Retention, Account Deletion & Profile Control
Users can delete their account from within the app settings
Users may also request deletion via email
User data is retained for up to 30 days after a deletion request to process pending transactions
After 30 days, all user data is permanently and securely deleted from our servers
Profile Customization (Avatar Choice): Users have full control over their public identity. If a user does not want their Google profile picture URL to be displayed on the Leaderboard, they can visit the profile section anytime to switch to one of the pre-made, default avatars provided by our studio.
